DK 1020 is a professional water-based acrylic printing paste designed to obtain stable and насыщенные colored prints when tinted with transparent pigments or FA–FR pigment series. The formula provides even pigment distribution and high color intensity without loss of image sharpness.

The product forms a soft and elastic coating with high resistance to repeated washing, which increases the service life of the textile product and reduces the risk of cracking of the print layer. Recommended fixation regime is 160 °C for 1.5 minutes, ensuring reliable pigment bonding to the fabric.

The system is intended for use in acrylic printing technologies. When working with polyurethane inks, it is recommended to consider material compatibility to avoid adhesion problems between layers.

DK 1020 does not contain PVC, phthalates, or formaldehyde and complies with GOTS and ZDHC Level 3 requirements, making the product relevant for manufacturers focused on export markets and compliance with modern environmental standards.
